A two-floor rooftop restaurant and bar wrapped around the top of the NH Collection hotel on Gran Vía — the 8th-floor restaurant and 9th-floor sky bar share a wraparound terrace with views straight down the avenue's Art Deco skyline.

The sky bar and restaurant run on separate but overlapping hours, so it's worth checking which floor you want before arriving — the 9th-floor bar is the one with the loungier, later-night atmosphere. Weekend afternoons get busy with a brunch crowd; arriving right at opening on a weekday evening is the easiest way to get a rail-side table for the view.
